The carrier will make three delivery attempts. If all three are missed, your package will automatically be returned to us. To avoid return fees, please contact our Customer Service team before that third attempt.

Wine and extreme temperatures don’t mix. When forecasted temperatures are outside our safe shipping range, we’ll place your order on weather hold and ship it when conditions improve.

We can ship to the states below, and a 10% state compliance fee is added to your order total. This fee is charged separately and will appear as its own line item at checkout.
