We’re thrilled to invite you to a truly special evening on Saturday, August 23 as Dan Kosta hosts his first winemaker dinner featuring Grail by Dan Kosta—his most personal and ambitious wine project yet. Set beneath the summer stars in the open-air piazza at Bacchus Landing, this private dinner will be an unforgettable celebration of fine wine, friendship, and culinary excellence.
Joining Dan for this intimate evening is Chef Beau MacMillan, executive chef of the acclaimed Sanctuary on Camelback Mountain and Food Network favorite (Iron Chef America, Beat Bobby Flay). Flying in exclusively for this occasion, Chef Beau will craft a multi-course menu inspired by the expressive beauty of Grail Pinot Noir and Chardonnay—our limited-production, single-vineyard wines.
